i say the joker (from batman obviously) in the movie hes creepy but in the comics you can see just how disturbed this man is .

docter doom no contest hes got everything technology/magic/intelligence and depending on your point of view he could or could not be an actual villian (much like magneto). those tend to be the best villians to me personaly the ones who blur the lines.
