Dude get the Playstation 3, I picked up one when they came out and it's awesome. Sony did such a great job!

XBOX 360 has a better controller and online service. XBOX Live is cheap if you think about it. XBOX has better games IMO.

Since it does not seem like an intentional flame thread, I will entertain you (but do not do this again as these are considered flame threads).
It depends on what games you like because 360 leads in RPGs, but there are some great exclusives for PS3 like FFXIII and Warhawk. It is your decision to make. I can't decide for you.
