Here is the pic and man it just killed my interest in the show all together... I wont ruin it for anyone by saying what make and model he is but damn it he is the wrong kind.. Anyone else agree?

Imo the hood is all wrong. No red sensor bar. To me thats like taking the transformation sound away from Transformers. Its just not right.

it looks like just another mustang you see in the streets... my disappointment is that it's not a Trans Am.

Yeah that too...Its just not Kitt. Also its going to be a TV series not a movie, and he is going to transform into different modes Transformers The success of the Transformers movie is what made them want to relaunch the series.Which is probably why he is a Mustang.

Guey,It is a movie at least for TV, says so in that link you gave and depending on it would become a Tv series.

The TV-Movie airs on February 17th. As for the future of Knight Rider beyond that, Bruening said "It's a 2-hour movie, it's the pilot, but it's the origin story of how my character becomes Knight Rider. And you can get right into it with the series if it gets picked up."

And by about 80% of the comments on that article most people hate the fact Kitt is a Mustang, I agree!
