I ran 3 miles in 21 minutes, but my first mile was 8 min. So 6:30 I guess. I'm built for running, but I never train.

Well we did it in health class last year and I think my time was 6-7 minutes. And that was up and down hills.
i never train either, it is too boring. when i was younger i used to do 100m in 10 seconds.

The last time I had to run a mile I did it in 12:01 because I just walked untill 10 mins. Then I was like O FUCK. Plus I am fat. (I do go to the YMCA.)

When I was in the Army I was running 2 miles just under 10 minutes. There were guys that were doing it in 7 or 8. They were cross country guys.
