Im posting this topic for all of you who hate their jobs. My complaint is that I have too many bosses. There are 8 superviseres for a first shift 40 hour a week job. Thats overkill. There is alot of miscomunication and double standared bullshit that needs to go away. I work in a factory setting. the job isnt hard or anything but I'm tired of all the crap that goes around. I show up a little late sometimes but I do my job. There is no real reason to fire me. There are some employes that feel differently. I will do most of the jobs that no one else wats to do. There is one guy that feels that his job is one thing and he wont do anything else. Our job title is systems. That means that its everyones job. I like my job dont get me wrong, I just like how things are run. So how are things run at your job? One of our Supers leaves when his wife calls and wants him to come home because of a thunderstorm and thats alright for him to do but not me. I was just venting. So let yourselves go on this topic and vent about your jobs.
