It comes with a file usually named something like this "294usddxx.exe" and they say something like "I am sending you this file because I want to know what you think".

Or maybe its that Red Worm virus... That thing won't affect me though... I've got Win98.

They're mostly from people I replied to long, long ago. That's what I get for answering e-mails ;) Anyway, I'll leave this topic up for any Q's you have for me. I'll delete it when folks get tired of it.

We talked about adding some sort of messaging option, but we figure most folks would use AIM anyway if they really wanted to talk. So there.

For anyone who has e-mailed me a question in the last 3 weeks, please be patient for a response as my inbox has been getting all kinds of virus e-mails and it's taking me a lot longer to get cut through the junk.

Ok TD, here's a question... Is there any sort of private messaging client scheduled to make its way here soon? That would probably cut back on the "Come in here" topics.

Some GP editors like talking in forums and some don't. Another simple answer for ya;) Bruised Lee is not an active editor so no bio.

Reviewing games has it's perks and drawbacks just like anything. It's great to play games and get paid, but it's also important to maintain focus and many reviewers get burned out. It's totally different when a hobby becomes a career and especially when you have to play really bad games... a lot! As for pay, it's like any writing job so it won't make you rich. As for wolf's question, I'd say it can be pretty rewarding making games. It also depends at what level you're doing things either as a tester, designer, programmer, etc. It's great to be "one of the team" on something like Devil May Cry, but the drawback is you may have to slave away for a year of your life or more on something like Austin Powers Big Head racing. It's all a balance.
