So for some reason, I got it today in the mail from Amazon. I am excited but am worried to play it because I was under the impression that they may ban you from xbox live for playing a game early. Will they ban me? Don't people play it before they release the game such as gamepro, or do they just disconnect themselves from xbox live.
if they ban you then they will have to ban over 100k people who already bought the game as well and are playing it

no, lots of people already have the game due to broken street dates, so you'll be fine.
They ban you if they find you having a pirated copy of the game.

sometimes they won't ban you for getting a game earlier than everyone else, but the company suggests that you don't play it online until release date.
