Ah yes, I've read that along with a few other takes on this recent development. Just saying some people are getting in a uproar about something that hasn't been fully passed and you're already after each others throats.

Well my healthcare with my job just went up 100.00 a month. We had to stay with our company and get raped because no one else would cover us. 500.00 a month per employee. And if I were to add my wife it would jump to 1000 a month. 1450 a month for a family. Cant afford that. And I know some of you are paying more. Just depends on where you live. Job pays some of the 500. Oh and my dental insurance went up to 100.00 a month. my wife has Keiser which costs about 150.00 a month (she just changed her plan because we were paying 200+ a month). She is in school and not working. Luckily I had some money saved up or it would be rough. Plus I run a studio on my days off so thats cash every time of atleast 100.00 a day.
Health insurance, and most insurances these days are nothing but legal scams. This bill isn't gonna change that. You pay for a certain coverage and most of the time they try to not even honor that.
Not saying, if this bill passes, that it would be the saving grace because its far from it. But we do need to make some changes. There does need to be reform in healthcare but I just dont know what. It needs to go away from being profit based I know that. Or atleast on a person to person basis. I have been to the doctor maybe 3 times in the last 4 years. Why is my premium going up EVERY YEAR? Im healthy, dont smoke, dont drink, exercise but yet Im making the insurance company richer and richer. It sucks.
I really wish we could come together as a country though. There are people out there that are gonna agree with everything that Obama says because of his political affiliation and the color of his skin. And there are people that are gonna disagree with him no matter what because of his political affiliation and the color of his skin. These people do no research, dont listen to the facts, they just know he's for it so they are for it. He's against it so they are against it. he's for it so they are against it. He's against it so they are against it. It just shouldn't be like that.

When the democrats claim alleged victory for covering more americans it wont be because insurance is cheaper, only because they were forced to buy it.numonex wrote:it lowers costs. durr.jointman99 wrote:For reals? Medicare has a lot?? Are you mad?? Meficare is a failing entity as it is. The MAJORITY of this monsy is goiong to come from taxes.. Taxes and surcharges on insurance carriers and that is going to be passed right down to those who pay for their healthcare. Sorry but enough is enough...The middle class cannot keep being wringed out to pay for the poor... It cannot happen. People are loding their houses day by day..Hard working people that plug and work to make ends meet... All just to be shaken down by this socialist government to divert money to these poor people who refuse to better themselves.
And the rockets red glare, socialism is here...

And not to defend Beck but...He is the one right. Did that lady actually think that in Europe...France in particular.. You just walk into the hospital even if you are a non citizen?? WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWW!
The level of stupidity in this country keeps rising! I have spent time abroad and I can tell youo it most certainly does not work that way. If a non-citizen cannot pay they dont get treatment...end of story.
It was just the House. You still have another group to go through.
