No. I am not seeing that shit. It has material higher than even NC-17 in just the first minutes if I am thinking of the right movie with the toddler falling out of the window during that scene.

The opening scene with the kid falling out the window is quite tame actually. I hate to say it but it is beautifully shot in black and white slow motion. The last half hour however makes Hostel and Saw look like Sponge Bob Square Pants.
Read the plot summary on Wikipedia. I was intrigued but it sounds too fucked up for me.
