Ask your friends if the game is really all that good then.

You'll only get banned if you have a pirated version. If you have an early copy it's the retailer's fault.

And they stopped banning awhile ago because retailers released the game early as well

Dude, there was someone on my PSN friends list playing Killzone 2 like two months before it came out!!!! It was nuts! My friends and I were all like, "Wait...hold on....that dude's playing Killzone 2!?!?!"

That was just the Beta i think, a few of my friends were playing it before it came out as well
