or at least from what i played on the demo it is. it improves upon the first game in every way shape and form. the game is alot more intense than the first one and believe it or not it's actually scary. The AI director really knows how to fuck with you. And i played it on my friends pc(it can run crysis on high) and the game looks amazing! so damn pretty. can't wait to get it.
Stuff I liked:
The AI Director is way better in L4D2.
Melee weapons
Very good gore
But I was so disappointed with the demo.
The cast is worse.
The assault rifles all feel pretty much the same.
There is actually no tension or intensity
Two reasons for that:
1. The game is in freaking daylight.
2. For some reason it feels like TF2.
All in all, this could have been DLC.
It feels far too similar and it doesn't have the intensity that L4D1 had.
And ya I tried versus and it isn't so amazing. Still feels pretty similar

is it just me or are all the pc fanboys just feeling but hurt for no reason? and bull shit on the tension or intensity. i was on the edge of my seat the whole time. the ai just kept throwing just at me. walking out of a building only to get slammed by the charger. made me jump. people are just but hurt. suck it up, you know this game is gonna be great.

I was actually so pumped up for the demo.
Like I said, the daylight killed it for me. I tried playing it on advanced and expert, but chargers are still way to easy to kill and dodge.
It would get to the point where I was so bored, that me any team mates would throw boomer biles just to get more zombies.

well weren't you part of that retarded petition? alot of people have been bitching for no reason, cause valve abandoned them and shit. fucking retarded. and with 5 campaigns all of them longer than the campaigns in L4D and randomly generated parts of maps, and the improved Editor, and how good the game looks the actual version will be a master piece. easily gonna be GOTY for me. but damnit i want the game on pc, the net book i'm getting can run it but not sure how much i can turn up the settings. might just get it for 360 if i have to though.
