Yes, I gave it a 4.5 but only for people who still love GTAIV and just want more content. If you don't care about GTA anymore, it's not for you.

i do. i just still haven't picked up Chinatown Wars for DS.

I had a friend tell me if you buy the DLC on a disc you can just install the two expansion packs and you don't need the CD anymore. Is this true? I guess this was done with the Fallout DLC disc's.

From what the commercials said, you don't need the original game.
