I was just reading this dumb comparison of Tekken 6 graphics and I was left to wonder why do 3rd party companies try so hard to make games look similar? Hell, you don't see EA sports dumbing down Madden to look like the Wii. Why aren't these 3rd party devs putting forth the extra effort to take advantage of BOTH SYSTEMS. If the PS3 has more storage space and more power, why not use it? Why do the PS3 fans have to suffer poor ported games because the devs had to make a watered down game because of the 3fixme? RANT ON!

- Tired of 3rd Party games.....
Well the problem with the ps3 version is that the gpu only has 256mb of video ram for textures. It's seperate from the 256mb XDR ram, really all games are always going to have better textures on the xbox360 and the blue ray drive is too slow to stream textures. Nothing about the ps3 is remotely powerful compared to the xbox360, the only way to get them to improve the look of their games is to use the cell processor for effects. No developers will ever use that for multiplatform games, your stuck with the inferior version on ps3, just be happy it even looks similar then buy ps3 exclusives and keep telling yourself that it looks better when in reality 90% of all games looks better on the xbox360 because of multiplatform graphics and only 10% of xbox360 exclusive, obviously not resistance 2 or anything else before that look better. I'm talking about uncharted 2.
Well usually they make the game on xbox360 first, it's like pc architure, then they port it to the ps3. Even if they made it on the ps3 first, it always looks better on the xbox360, it's really about memory limitations of the gpu and power. You have to accept it, that's how the ps3 was built.

Because either there is no difference or the company does not want to have the PS3 version with inferior graphics but a better framerate as gamers care more for graphics than framerate,
