I want to get backwards compatibility for PS2 games. Is it safe to get a used 60 gig or a old 80 gig PS3 from gamestop?

This user is completely without Sig... Sigless. Not at all Siggy wit' it. This is an ex-Sig.

The 60 gig will definitely play all of your PS2 games, the 80 gig might or might not do it (as I recall there were some 80 gig ones that did and others that didn't). Plus even the 80s that played PS2 games did it via an emulator and only did about 70% of them.
