Seriously. This is the 1st time PSN has ever been down. It says:

This service not available in your country/region.

I'd say Uncharted 2 is a hit.

If you are talking about last night I am going to say no it was something bigger. My PSN, Live, and some internet tunnels at work went down. There was some big outage somewhere that made the internet wonky. I posted a topic in the general section about it last night.
