I need to know how to get a still picture from the video "I'm on a Boat" and put it as my avatar on gmail....if somebody could do that for me, I would be thankful! It's the part where andy is looking at the camera...sort of sideways...and the helicopter is in the background....plz help!

Hit prntscreen and paste it on Paint. Crop it and save it.
