Who is this guy? I'm having difficulties defeating opponents that use him. It's just mixed up. He doesn't have one set of moves...apparently he has everyones?

Capcom even said officially that both Sagat and Seth are a bit too overpowered to their liking. If you're trying to unlock characters, I'd say jump down to easy. If you're already on easy, jump down to easiest. Seth.... is a bitch.

I beat Seth on Medium in arcade on the second try. It's the people that use him that frustrate me. I actually have more trouble out of Sagat than Seth in arcade.

Yeah, I was getting my ass beat last night by Sagat players. He's just so fast and has a lot of length to his attacks. I usually use Sakura and she's relatively weak, especially compared to fighting Sagat. I feel bad for Crimson Viper players when going against that.

Seth isn't that bad, yes he's cheap as hell but can't take alot of damage (at least when used by players).

If you use a character that has a Dragon Punch you can uppercut his limbs. His jumping HP (stretchy arms) and his crouching HP (stretchy arms again). Also you can Focus dash cancel his sonic booms. He takes hits like a bitch so once you're on him. You're on him.

If you use a character with bad mobility (think Honda, Zangief) you're fucked. But otherwise you just have to work hard to beat him. Luckily he doesn't take hits too well.
