Okay so i try to upload a new avatar and this is what it says,

The web site you are accessing has experienced an unexpected error.
Please contact the website administrator.
An exception occured while trying to write the image.
Ensure that the destination directory exists and that Coldfusion has permission to write to the given path or file. cause : coldfusion.image.ImageWriter$ImageWritingException: An exception occured while trying to write the image.

Resources:

* Enable Robust Exception Information to provide greater detail about the source of errors. In the Administrator, click Debugging & Logging > Debug Output Settings, and select the Robust Exception Information option.
* Check the ColdFusion documentation to verify that you are using the correct syntax.
* Search the Knowledge Base to find a solution to your problem.

Browser Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1.1) Gecko/20090715 Firefox/3.5.1

okay i tried resizing the image to smallest possible form and still did not work, i even tried using IE to do it and i got the same thing, help please?

What's the image you're trying to upload? Mind posting it here?

I have a feeling the image you're trying to use is too large.

the size is 11.3 k but i know its small enough, the one im using now is way larger than that file yet still nothing, it won't even let me use the avy's i have used before
