Okay, I brought over my Xbox 360 to my friend's house to try the Xbox License Transfer. Around half of my downloaded RB songs are on my uncle's console. I finished the process... or at least I thought for a second. "Step 3" on the last page said to press "Download Again" after selecting an item you previously downloaded, but when I select them, it pretends that I never downloaded them before (despite the fact that I can still play them); it says it costs you *this* much to buy them.

I decided to go to the Rock Band Store to see if it would make a difference. However, there was a huge problem: I can't find most of the RB catalog in the RB store; they're all gone.

I went to the XBLM to see if I could "Step 3" there. Even though it has all the songs for sale, it still doesn't want me to re-download them.

Lastly, I downloaded "Still Alive" as a little test (since it's free). After the download, I selected "Continue", and...

"Can't retrieve information from Xbox LIVE.
Please try again later.

Status Code: 80004004"

So is there any other way to get my songs back, or am I fucked?

Do the thing everybody does in time of need... restart your network and the xbox. If that doesn't work send an e-mail to harmonix (pay attention there, if you send it to microsoft you might never hear back and developers take more pride in their work) and wait.
