I agree with The Pig:
The animation quality in the Street Fighter IV OVA was so much better than any of the in-game cutscenes.

? i saw most of it and i thought it was garbage. and also SF alpha was awesome. way better than this.

Meh, Street Fighter Alpha is also good, except for that stupid backstory with that orphan kid.

yes it was a bit of nonsense there but saying that this looks better than that is a very wrong statement. at least that movie had a story.

Good counterpoint, but I honestly think that besides the story, most of the animation in SF Alpha suffered from overly bulky character models.
Good: Street Fighter Alpha
Better: SFIV Collector's OVA
Best: SFII Animated Movie

Really? I think SFA anime was pretty "eh". I don't think it was that good. The SF2 movie that came in the anniversary collection was quite good, and the best was probably the Gouki/Akuma OVA special. I've yet to see the SF4 ova though.
I wanna see them make a new one sequal from the motion picture.
I also would like to see a fatal fury 4, though thats a dream that may never happen.
Alpha had nicer character models than this OVA. The OVA in SF IV had some questionable character modeling, but the animation was very fluid.
I still need to see the Akuma OVA. The Street Fighter II V Anime was ok, but the fights needed more hadoukens and Dragon Punches me thinks.

I was referring to the Street Fighter OVA about Akuma. It about how Ryu and Akuma face off on an island. I still need to see that, along with the original Street Fighter Anime series.
