Ogden is considered a controversial pick for the office, due to the fact that he represented several media groups to challenge provisions of the Child Protection and Obscenity Enforcement Act of 1988 and the Child Protection Restoration and Penalties Enhancement Act of 1990.

He has argued that requiring the pornography industry to personally verify that models were no younger than 18 would "burden too heavily and infringe too deeply on the right to produce First Amendment protected material."

The defendant shall not associate with any persons engaged in criminal activity, and shall not associate with any person convicted of a felony unless granted permission to do so by the probation officer; The defendant shall not enter into any agreement to act as an informer or a special agent of a law enforcement agency without the permission of the court Follow Up: Monday, November 30, 2009 to Saturday, December 5, 2009.

How can asking for ID be a burden?? Stores have to ask for ID to make sure you're 18 when you buy cigarettes, 21 when you're buying alcohol. Companies have to ask for ID and Social Security when appyling for a job and last I checked porn is a job.

As long as their parents are there on set so nobody takes advantage of them, I mean you wouldn't want someone giving them a beer or anything that terrible... In this economy the whole family needs to start pitching in.
