POOR KITTY CAT
back on topic pretty cool that they replaced his gameboy and wii too bad for all the other nintendo stuff he had

they gave back a Wii too.
and the others weren't given because they were reduced to nothing (ashes), with no proof showing the guy had them.
Wii and gameboy were still capable of being returned. You wouldn't expect the guy to put ashes in an envelope and say they were his games, lol.
I had to deal with Nintendo CSR and I will say the best expierence of my life. I had a problem with the Wii and had to send it in. They took my Credit Card number and sent me a new Wii, when I got the box with the Wii, I transfered my stuff to the new Wii, took the box and re-applied the payed postage to the box, took it to Fedex and sent it away.
They only took my CC number in case I didn't send back the broken Wii. I was on and off the phone in like 10-15 minutes. Got a new Wii in like 3 days and never was without one since technically the faulty one was still playable.
Once again, Best Customer Service Ever.
P.S. the Lady spoke clear and perfect English.
