Capcom is almost as bad with Street Fighter & Mega Man... I'd love to see console (not just PSP) collections (or online downloads) with Darkstalkers, the VS games (SNK, Marvel) Powerstone, Breath of Fire, and many, many more

Unfortunately, Sega has to use whoring tactics with Sonic in order to turn a buck nowadays. It's sickening, but they can no longer afford to be the great innovator that they once were in the past. That's kinda what put them in the spot they're in right now.

Sonic is their most famous character, so they're going to steal a page from Nintendo's book, and throw his name on everything in order to minimize risk with a familiar character. Whenever Nintendo wants a game to sell, they throw Mario's name on it, and Sega seems to be doing the same with Sonic.

I feel that days of great and fresh Sega games like Shenmue, Jet Grind Radio, NiGHTS, Panzer Dragoon, Typing of the Dead, and etc are behind SEGA now. It's sad, but to make a profit in this gen, they seem to have to go more western in they 360/PS3 games, because of the Halo generation, or just throw Sonic on their Wii games.

It's sickening, to see the once great innovator reduced to such tactics.
