Hey all-
I'm putting together a big feature for an upcoming issue of GamePro Magazine. In it, we're looking ahead to the most-anticipated upcoming sequels of 2009. While we've got our own hopes for the games, we want to hear your wishlist for these titles.
So what do you want to see in Punch-Out?

I would love to see some online play, even with the annoying friend code entry lol.
Also it would be nice if we can have our Mii's fight against the A.I. opponents and be able to unlock the older Punch Out games and characters in the new remake :P

I'd personally like to see Mario be the Ref again in this game. Just like in the original NES game.

Leveling system to power up your attacks, defense, and special moves.
A online multiplayer that will allow you to play as any fighter in the game. DLC that would allow you to download more fighters to use in thr multiplayer. Motion controls and the ability to use the Wii remote held sideways or the use of a Gamecube controller. Also, the use of Wii speak so you can chat with whoever your playing with. Also, the elimnation of Friend Codes. With the use of Mii's to play as.
Having the whole mario crew along with Tys would really send that wii only feeling which is a good feeling may i add. I would love to see mario up against tyson too.

I would like to see the absence of the type of gimmicky features listed above. . . except maybe Mario as the referee. Use of the Miis may be acceptable but only as a bonus upon completion of the regular game WITH LIL MAC and a multiplayer mode would likely destroy the traditional Punch-Out feeling. I could see a successful implementation of new gameplay mechanics BUT I WANT PUNCH-OUT!!!
