I called 3 days ago to send in my 360 for repair (RROD) and they said they'd send me a shipping label (They don't provide boxes anymore) within 24 hrs. Well they didn't. They sent me instructions on how to ship my xbox (Stick POS in box, tape box, send it) but thats it!
No link to a shipping label to print out, no email with the shipping label. I call up yet another time (Another Indian to deal with) and tell them. They STILL don't send me my label, just another 2 emails on how to ship my xbox.
Mother fuck they're dumb. I just want to stranggle that stupid indian over the phone!
EDIT:I apologize. I was just really PO'ed. I don't hate indians, I just hate it when companies outsource there and then I the consumer, cannot understand what they're saying. Its just annoying
EDIT2: This thread is NOT about Indians, alright. Its about how I STILL didn't get my shipping label after calling them TWICE. Its fucking retarded!
