games? maybe, depends on the games...... consoles? no.... the hardware is severely outdated and it is far more cost effective to just modify the program to run on a newer console..... like XBLA and Nintendo's VC are doing.... i guess the PSN does it as well...

I really want Gunstar Heroes on Xbox Live, I'm aware it's on Wii Virtual Console, but I just want to play it on 360. That is in my top 5 favorite games ever list, make sure you play it sometime if you haven't, absolute best game in the run-and-gun platform shooter genre hands-down (infinitely better than Contra or Metal Slug).

Anyway the Wii could be considered a combination of NES, SNES, N64, Genesis, Turbografx 16 (regular and CD) Sega Master System, Neo Geo and Gamecube with the VC and backward compatibility. (SHAMELESS PROMOTION)

It's a great game. . . it was developed by the same people that made Sin and Punishment (A group called Treasure) . As a matter of fact I know a few of them used to work for Konami back in the days. They may be partially responsible for Contra as well.
