Sony is amazing at building hype. They are holding betas causing everyone to want one and continuously build hype up for it.
It is a very smart move but it can come back and hurt itself in the future.

Sony is holding all these betas. They are consistently continuing to build hype for their games by holding these betas and giving keys out to sites. It is all for the sales. It is up for MS to do it for the 360. Sony knows how to build hype up like no other.
