I must state I am not a fan boy. I am a man of logic and reason. I have analysed both games thoroughly and I conclude Resistance 2 looks much better than Gears of War 2.

I more fair comparation would be something like turok and gears of war 2, R2 is just another level it makes gears of war 2 look like an Atari game.
power of the Cell and Blu-ray only on Sony PS3.

RFOM did not suck, It wasn't the greatest game but it was a good game any respectable reviewer would agree.
Why do ppl care so much about sales? If you get what you want, then who cares how many copies it sold!

Sales are the only real solid factual basis for determining what game is better. You can't use reviews because they are opinions, and you definitely can't judge them by how much the fanboys tout the game.

You can use sales because they reflect installation base. If i had a PS3 and Gears and RFOM came out, of course ill get RFOM cuz i have a ps3, That dosent mean gears sucks, its just what system i had.

Anyway the video is shitty quality even in "high quality" so you cannot tell. The author tries but his analysis is all full of holes. The only thing I agree with him on is the blurr effect used in Gears....in the vids everything in the distance looks blurry. These clips are from an early build so I would wait and see. H
