For everyone that got the card to the socom beta( card holders). Once you get your promotion code in the mail today. You have to download the game first. you can't give the code to share with your friends, yet. you need to download the game first, then share it up to two friends.
Don't know why you have to do this, but at blog.us.playstation .com it shows what you need to do.

I saw something that said we might not get it until Monday. With my luck I won't get mine until Monday.

Your supposed to be receiving your beta code around 10 AM PST.
I have to wait till I get out of work to play. =[
if you are in the east cost you will get the beta code around 1pm, if you are on the west coast 10am.
