I just read the article from Gamepro.com with the interview from GEARS OF WAR 2 producer and I must say I think he is quite right. He made this statement:

As expected, the Xbox 360 is slowing on the "wow" graphics factor as the console makes it over the hill. "We're certainly approaching the upper end of [Xbox 360 graphics]," said Gears of War 2 producer Rod Fergusson, in an interview with Gamasutra last week. >

The wow graphic factor are approaching to an end for 360 games. While minor improvement and tweaks are still possible with some demos show.

Prediction: XBOX360 will still have good looking games, but just not that wow factor that original GEARS delivered. As the development for PS3 games matures, we will be expecting to see some breakthrough in the graphic department. MGS4 then RESISTANCE 2 then KILLZONE 2 then INFAMOUS then WARDEVIL then UNCHARTED2 then HEAVY RAIN then AFRIKA

I read the interview as well; but this guy isn't really a technical person over at Epic. But it still kind of early to be making such statements.

i pretty much don't care. when RE4 had to be tone down to due hardware issues, that didnt stop many from playing it even when the GC version was superior looking.

I beat it first on the GC because of that fact. Played it again on the PS2 simply because RE and DualShock controllers mesh well together in my opinion.

He is the producer of of GEARS OF WAR 2 and for him to say that about XBOX360 reaching its capability when GEARS franchise is an exclusive to 360 just leads to more specualtion on the relationship between MICROSFOT and EPIC. Will GEARS OF WAR eventually jump to PS3......still a possibility.

gee you would think. comparing a 6th generation game to a 7th generation game is like comparing....oh..i don't know, apples and oranges?

You f8cin idiot RE4 was on ps2 and GC not ps3, not to my knowledge. But your still stupid.
