Ok, I have a very valid question I've been pondering for a while now, I posted this :

What is with the hate (for lack of a better word) that a huge portion of the gamepro community feels for gamegirl.com? I mean, gender aside, we are all gamers who put alot of work into the site, we all work on writing our own articles, researching topics of interest, and delivering a medium for gaming news and culture. Sure, gamegirl isn't the top site everyone goes to for news on the gaming world, but there again who is the top? And what would it matter? It doesn't take away from the fact that each and every writer for gamegirl takes time out of their day to put up articles for no pay. We all love what we do for the site so i guess my question is:

Why the hate?

You're just feeding the hate right now. Expect a bunch of idiots to go over to your site and leave comments after they read this thread. You just have to ignore them and accept the fact they hate you.

I don't hate GameGirl....it's just that you guys (girls sorry) aren't posting articles that can help most of us gamers out. Like if you would be more helpful with game stories/reviews, then we would pay more attention to you. But again I DON'T HATE GAMEGIRL.

If you post like 360 vs PS3 stuff, that would be funny to see people's reaction. Just one days, say the the PS3 sucks badly, and see what people's reaction are. Or you can you have misleadng titles

it's replies like these that are constructive, becuase now we know what the general pop is looking for, we can deliver more. We can take that on board and turn out more articles based on stories and reviews.

it's replies like these that are constructive, becuase now we know what the general pop is looking for, we can deliver more. We can take that on board and turn out more articles based on stories and reviews.

Cause we'd like to see your opinions on certain games more often.

Personally guys, you might want to listen to gaming opinions from a girls/womans perspective......The last thing your gonna want when your getting ready to settle down is to do it with a girl that HATES gaming. You think you have trouble with your parents? Just wait until you have a girlfriend that hates gaming,.........you will be miserable.........Don't you have enough gaming sites that report the NEWS?.....you

That's taking being a fanboy to whole NEW scary place kids, . I would expect that from a 10 yr old, but not you guys, come on.

As you get older your gonna want to try and understand (just a little bit) the opposite sex, and be RESPECTFUL no matter what the difference in opinion might be.

I have NEVER heard these girls diss anyone, at anytime. So just show them an ounce of respect, whether you'll ever meet them or not (it's the right thing to do)

No matter what side of the fence you are on, if you have problems with a girl just because of the console she uses, . . your one step away from crossing the line.........Your now a year older guys, if you don't have anything nice to say (at least to the woman) don't say it at all.
