whats the return policy on a console that is under warranty ? can you get your money back

Unopened and with a receipt. You can get a full refund. Opened stuff you will only get their trade value which is like 20% of what it is actually worth. You still talking about the Elite?

Ebay and Amazon is way better. OR check out the new system gamepro is helping out: Goozex.goozex.com

I don't know if they give points for systems, still it is better than Gamestop'n'rip off.

if you bought the 20.00$ product replacement plan then if the plan is still good you could smash the xbox and they will give you a new one wouldn't reccommend doing that though.........
