Did anyone hear how many consules are coming in around christmas, or if theres going to be a price drop? Im not sure if this is true but i heard that theres a million shipments coming to the US with fans in them around christmas time.

they missed shipments and they said they promise to have 1 mil units by xmas... they already had a second shipment..my gamestop got in 8 ps3s on black friday

in america u cant get a ps3 unless u find one on ebay for 5 thousand dollars. sony wont have any more shipped till after the holidays. sorry, no ps3

actually, im about to get a 60gb ps3 for no more than $850. go to craigslist.com. these people are tired of trying to sell them at those ebay prices, so they go lower.

I highly doubt that there will be a PS3 price drop. Why would sony back down from what they said was going to be the initial price (they have too much pride). But they had some ps3's for black friday at my local best buy.

But if you can afford it buy the 360 this cristmas if you havent already and play it untill the ps3's are readily avalable. I mean 360 already has a decent game libary but sony just launch and you will have to wait a year or so for some more of the better anticipated releases for the playstaition 3.

No idea but they should have plenty, (not as much as you would want) but enough.

yeah thats true they always have to purposely note make enough launch consoles but they make enought to start getting the systems out hope the owners buy games which unlike the system that is sold at a cheaper price (except the wii) makes the money for the companies and developers.
