Prolly Marth. Link has to use like 5 different weapons so if it were just swords, Marth would win.

Technically, Marth wins.
You see, Zelda is about dungeon exploring. Link is armed with a sword and shield for SELF DEFENCE.
Marth on the other hand, is a pure swordsman. Plus, he can slay hundreds of soldiers with teh Falchion.

If Link had his whole arsenal, he would win. If it was just a sword for each of them, then Marth would win.
