Let me start by saying that I have never played a Super Smash game. It was never something that interested me as a fighting game. However I broke down today and decided to at least give it a try and see what all the fuss was about. Well I got home with Brawl 2 hours ago and so far it sucks. Now let me get to the funny part and the reason th game sucks IMO. Because my Wii refuses to read the disc. So now I have to send my Wii back to Nintendo for cleaning and that is going to take 8 days. 8 wasted days and all this trouble for a game that I didnt want in the first place...It is such BS also. I dont just have to send the Wii back but the game as well..I really dont think its a problem with the Wii at all because the disc doesnt work on any of my friends consoles either. Anyway I just wanted to vent. I am probably the only person out of all the people on this site that own Brawl to have this issue.

yes i agree, your experience with Brawl did indeed suck. Nintendo has always produced the most durable consoles so i wouldnt abandon them for this but i feel your pain ... actually, no i dont... i've never had a console break on me... except for this one Sega that i bought at a flea market for like 25 bucks... but it lasted a good while.

Did you clean yours? How the fuck was I gonna know the Wii is sensitive like that? And how the fuck can I clean it MYSELF?

Can I use a cleaning kit that comes with a CD, which you have to insert?

fuck that then. now i'm not gonna get brawl. i shouldn't have to wait more days to play it, because the stupid console won't read it proper.
