GTA4 is almost identical to San Andreas as far as basics. San Andreas was centered around rap and the hood though maybe you liked the Mafia stuff better?

GTA4 is just fresh. The russian angle is brand new for gamers. When we got Vice City and played as Ray Liota we all kind of knew what to expect and same goes for San Andreas' CJ. We all seen enough movies and rap videos to profile the characters.

GTA4 is more creative and less stereotypical.

I ask that because the average is 1% higher for the PS3. I don't know if there is a real reason for that or if it is just because more sites reviewed one version than the other or simply a coincidence that means nothing or whatever. Not that it's really important, I don't have the PS3 anyway, was just curious. But how much better is this GTA than the others and can someone who didn't much care for the others change their mind about the series after playing this one?
