I sent my 360 in september to have the rrod fixed. when i received it back the rrod was fixed but it couldn't read hard drives. I have since sent my 360 in 5 times and they continue to send it back to me unrepaired. I even had a trade set up (where I would send in my xbox and they would send me a new one) but they sent me my old xbox back. Isn't the definition of insanity repeating the same action over and over again and expecting a different result? So wouldn't that make me insane for trusting microsoft?

Ya happend to me to, they said they fixed my 360 but there to lazy to, and I have sent it in 6 times so im just saying fuck it and gettting a PS3.

I believe in karma. That means I can do bad things to people all day long and I assume they deserve it...i LOVE this place!

Seriously, If it wasn't for my Gears of War addiction and Mass Effect love, I'd sell my 360. But those are the only games I really wanted so far, so I'm sticking with it. Waiting on my 3rd repair. I'm not getting the RROD though. I keep getting faulty disc drives that stop reading. Every time it has had something to do with the disc drive.

The 3 year warranty only fix 3 ring problem. However, there are other problems such as scratch disc and disc error and hard drive. They do not cover that. You might want to send it in for repair at a third party company instead of Microsoft since they won't fix it.

If I were you, I will trade it in at EB.
