this is why fps get such a bad name........and tarnish the gems like halo.. you start to apreicate games like halo..when you have garbage like

TimeShift , jericho, and haze......oh and unreal tournament3.......yes i said it ..

oh you say how do i know?? because i can just tell..from the clips.... i see people getting very excited about these games.. and from the clips they look crapy.... so far i got 2 of my prediction right.... timeshift and jericho got.. mediocre revew scores...and i knew they would ...just from looking at the clips i knew it...

haze is next the game look like crap in my opinion.. look at the vehicles.. LOL yaaawn. looks like a lame attempt to copy halo.. oh look at this knight fite LOL

after playing games like halo3, cod4 demo, bioshock.......these games look like garbage..

a waist of 60 bucks..in my opinion remember its just my opinion..........im usually right about these things..though.. and be carefully of kill zone2....that shit looks beautiful...but it also looks painfully linear and no hint of puzzles at all..

i was blown away by cod4 demo.. crysis demo..but ut3 was lame and ugly.

Funny, because Unreal, Timeshift, and HAZE is what I wanted to get and what I am excited about. The ones thats garbage to me is like HALO3, BIOSHOCK. Looks like garbage and plays liek shit. Yes I played them because I owned a XBOX360.....Thats jsut my opinion.....Arguing which is the best would be like chinese food vs mexican. They are all food but with different taste.

...I wouldn't call UT3 generic shooter (clone) cause this game went toe to toe with Quake series on the PC platform during the 90's. Without these great FPS Halo series would not come to life IMO.

Yeah, but especially without Tribes and Half'Life.

Anyways, I'm interested in Haze because I like Free Radical. I love the Timesplitters series, and I even prefer it to the overhyped Halo. I like it's gameplay better, and especially it's deathmatch which has a lot more mayhem than Halo's floaty, and sluggish feeling multiplayer.

Haze, who knows, but atleast they let you look through your gun sites which I now prefer in FPS.

TimeShift looks really good to me, the plot seems so-so for it but the gameplay looks outstanding and the multiplayer looks like a mess. Jericho is meh and Haze is double meh to me. Now UT3 i'm expecting it to be quite good considering the games in that series is usually good but i have no interest in it. Legendary: The Box looked appetizing for awhile but i'll wait and see how that one turns out and see how different it can really be.

But admittedly i don't get interested/like most FPS.
