Me? I'm a comic book fan. A huge one. And since I was little I've loved two characters. Spider-man (who's constantly dissapointed) and Batman (who had a slump...).

I watched this film today. I dressed up. I switched from my Bruce Wayne to Batman Costumes at least 15 times. At least. And I campaigned for Harvey Dent with signs and buttons I bought.

I built myself up on a very high pedestal. And this film fucked with my heart strings.

It' played me like a banjo... because it was fucking amazing. I'm still in sensory overload for all that I've seen. I just can't process it.

As a fan of films, for me character and plot are key. Sure I like cinematography, but without character or plot, pretty pictures are just that... pretty pictures. But this film sung to me. The characters were dead on with their depictions in the comics, while still living their own life. And FINALLY, Batman lived up to the role that he has had since his inception in the 50's:

The World's Greatest Detective.

Sigh.

Go watch it. Don't listen to anyone else. Just watch it. Now.

Go.

When life gives you lemons, just say f*ck the lemons and bail.
I agree. Im an avid batman fan and I love tim burtans first one.

This movie is now #1 on my top 5 superhero movies. Everything about this movie was well done and thought through. It will be VERY difficult to make the 3rd installment better, but it will probably be equal or just another great movie.

For any comic book fans, or anyone who is not into comics, watch this movie now. Dont wait, dont let anyone tell you anything about it, just watch it....and watch it now.

This is not over hyped, this movie just simply is. I came in with high expectations and it Surpassed it.

Don't think you are, know you are.
