Well acording to this person, Crytek is asking for devs to develop for the PS3. It says something about cross platform. I'm not sure if they mean PC to PS3 or PS3 to 360 or what.

P.S. I realize this is just a rumor, but if the job listing is true that's a good sign.

These rumors have been around for a while, i guess we won't know until they make an official announcement.

Yeah my expectations of this becoming a console game are less than 10%. I don't think it will happen, but hey, you never know.

It's possible to get the game running on PS3/360. They'd probably have resize the models so the poly count wasn't too large. They'd have to cut back on particle effects and stuff, but overall I believe it can be done.

cool... both the pc and 360 are direct x games so.. thats good.

trying to give gamers all the BASIC EXPECTED features that Microsoft has set the trend for.

they always said they would bring it to the consoles.. if it sells well on the pc..

but the real question is.....will it hit the ps3?.. a none direct x platform.. with the cell... and Microsoft had a hand in crysis development.. to show case direct x10...

so i dont know about a ps3 version...........but crytech IS creating a ps3 game... what game? we dont know yet.

the article is kind of a joke because crysis is more of a microsoft ea crytech partnership than sony one.. crysis is a microsoft games exclusive.

The real question is...how could it NOT sell well on the PC? LOL, Crysis will seriously change games forever.
