I dont know what to get. I really like the macs because of the whole iLife thing and how protected they are from viruses, adware and spyware. but i really like pc's because of the whole gaming

Mac's. More user friendly.

Get a mac and duel boot Vista using BootCamp. I love my mac, and you can have both a pc and a mac on the same unit with partitioned harddrives. Just get a 100 or bigger hd.

I have a PC, but I'd recommend getting a Mac. But if you're in it for the gaming, stick with the PC.

thats true advice.........but i have a question...what about hardware and gpu upgrades for the mac?

trying to give gamers all the BASIC EXPECTED features that Microsoft has set the trend for.
I like PC's because it's what I've grown up using, although I have used Mac's, plus I like PC's just because they are good all around, and Mac's pretty much suck for gaming.
