- Let's face it: good Ninja Turtles games are a dime a dozen. For every Turtle in Time, there's a movie cash-in lurking around the corner. While TMNT: Arcade Attack may not be the worst game out there, it's certainly not the best. Reviewer Aaron Koehn took these half-shelled bad boys for a spin, but didn't walk away too pleased.
