#1) World of Ming Ming is pretty infamous in the WoW rogue community. He's outspoken and opinionated, which in the minds of his detractors makes him arrogant and condescending. But say what you will about him, he puts forth the effort, and I've yet to encounter anyone more passionate about WoW PvP than he is.
The quality of his posts are pretty inconsistent, but he is comprehensive and impressively in tune with the scene. Frankly, his site should be your first stop, though be warned: if you're a new comer to WoW PvP, you may be a bit over your head with all the jargon and inside references. Ming's also occasionally known to exhibit symptoms of a rare disorder: "Diarrhea of the Mouth," which manifests in offhand racial slurs (he calls orcs "ugly Mexicans"), name-calling top players, and rampant references to Naruto. See, Ming's vision for competitive WoW lies somewhere parallel to professional wrestling--hammy rivalries, and amped-up human drama. All this shit-stirring seems to be his way of accelerating this. Seems a bit misguided to me, but stranger things have happened.
Finally, his detractors have taken to flaming him in the comment sections of his posts, so the signal-to-noise ratio in that section of the site is pretty unfavorable. Also, beware of the forums--there are tons of keylogging, bot-made posts.
#2) Shadow-Gaming Think of this site as a less polarizing version of World of Ming, which, unfortunately, renders it much less popular. It's run by Dahis and Happyminti, two popular PvP video authors who have made successful transitions to arena PvP. Dahis in particular writes great pieces, full of clever insights. That said, I'm still waiting for the site to mature into something more defined. I'm not sure what that means, but I get the feeling that Shadow-Gaming's current form is something of a cocoon for something greater. Maybe they should get sponsored.
#3) Amped eSports More than any other pro gaming site, Amped has taken to competitive WoW in a big way. No one is delivering coverage as comprehensive as these guys are at the moment, and refreshingly enough, their writers very much know what they're talking about. Kudos to Sam Lingle and Brendan Coyle; you guys are on top of your game.
