It's time to get down with your first multi boss fight! Karsh, Solt, and Peppor posse up on you, however their HP is fairly low so stay focused on one at a time and they will go down easily. Karsh is the only real threat of this group as he is the only one that has an Elemental attack. Since Karsh is a Green innate make sure you have Uplift in your highest available slot. Solt and Peppor are both Yellow innate, however there are no Green Elements at this point in the game. Have "Girl" use Red Elements and pound them hard once the field is completely red while Serge uses a 1, 3, 3 series on the grunts.
