Thank heaven for the six different job types of instant multiplayer competition. Roping in increasingly more powerful kinds of creep with three pals is as simple as it sounds, whether you're working to destroy evil relics or activate PKE Disruptors, but you're virtually guaranteed to have a great time. There's no better way to enjoy the sheer variety of imaginative creature designs, the dazzling weapon effects, and the destructibility of public spaces. Even the different weapons seem more purposeful, especially in the presence of power-ups like ghost shrinkers and pink slime that turns attackers into allies.
Though I was ultimately somewhat disappointed by the flawed and fundamentally repetitive nature of my time as a green recruit, Ghostbusters' tight online component renewed my long-term enthusiasm for slam-dunking slimers. Now I just need to figure out how to get Ray Parker, Jr.'s theme song out of my head.
PROS: Catching ghosts just feels right; engaging multiplayer options; snazzy special effects; environmental destruction.
CONS: Repetitive; mentally challenged teammate AI; some dull environments; disappointing dialogue.

on the calendar you guys forgot to put wii for ghostbuster . it's out for wii also and im pretty sure it's one of the best thing ever come to wii this year . i think it's even better than that shitty concept of wii vitality censor . seriously , what was he smoking ?

Dude...I'll give someone $5 if they can explain to me WTF this means:
"There are fun possibilities, like using Slime Tethers to rubber-band specters into traps, but they're always less practical than hosing the floaters down with the blast stream."
LOL! I have no idea what the hell that means but I'm going out to rent this game!

Well I was a bit older when Ghostbusters and Goonies came out, just old enough to know they were both really bad films... this is actually the kindest review I have read yet and I will definitely buy it tomorrow to try and beef up my PS3 collection that's starting to look a bit thin compared to the other console.
If this game sucks I will hold Gamepro personally responsible for pain and suffering. It actually looks like a nice fun light hearted game.

7 hours I may have to take a swing. I have yet to complete any epic game yet. Maybe the online feature is the cause of this.

Thank you for screwing the PC crowd. I dont want to hear anything from this publisher about the "sad decline of PC gaming". It is because of these losers, that the sales of games like this slant towards consoles.
