Does anyone know if you can go back and do side missions you missed in the original? I never felt like starting the whole game over to do them all after I got stuck after the game autosaved after entering the water purifier and not being able to leave.

Yeah, you can do them afterward...at least I could but there could be some bug that prevents it...just kidding.

I agree with the errand boy thing, for my good character it made sense, I was like Jesus of the Wastes but my bad character and even my neutral one it doesn't make any sense at all. My neutral guy was nice but I made him so it seemed like he was just getting by and trying to help when he can but all of a sudden I was the only person apparently capable of doing anything and it was confusing. It was even more unbelievable as my bad character who poisoned the purifier with the FEV virus, was best buddies with President Eden and just all around betrayed the Brotherhood of Steel. I mean I sabotaged the purifier.

But then the new ending came and basically said none of what I did happened and that, even though I stabbed them in the back the Brotherhood was still depending on me. That was my issue with the original ending anyway, when you fight with the Brotherhood and kill the Enclave - I made my guy so he was with the Enclave, he helped Eden, I was angry when I could only help the good guys. I'm glad the cap has been raised and like you say its the real reason to buy the DLC (along with new perks and enemies) but I'm still angry that this DLC was basically about being a good guy. Even at the end, when you have the option to destroy the Citidal (or Megaton) it doesn't feel evil, it feels like those options are there just to be there....oh well, at least it was entertaining, just nonsensical...

UltimateAlien

Time to revisit the Capital Wasteland!

@FOURTHXSURVIVOR: That kinda sux that it ruins your bad ending.....seems like you should have had the option of helping the Enclave or the Brotherhood.

HellStaR

This is bullshit... I wanna play this stuff but none for PS3... way to sell out Bethesda... Ruin it for a hundred thousand other gamers.... Microsoft needs to quit being so damn selfish
