We take a look at the highly anticipated port of Harmonix's ultimate music simulation on Nintendo's home console!

PROS:

  • The party game-loving console gets the ultimate band-bundle music title -- a match made in gaming heaven!
  • Unlike the watered-down original on Wii, RB2 is a full-featured port, including character customization and online play near-identical to the 360 and PS3 versions.
  • Finally, the RB music store is open for business to Wii owners. The axe-grinding series' absolute best (and replay-extending) feature already has 360 and PS3 owners rocking to the tune of 500+ tracks -- welcome to the stage, Wii!

  • CONS:

  • Visuals take a slight hit on the underpowered Wii.
  • May not be different enough to justify a purchase to those who already broke the bank on the original bundle.
  • Your path to unbridled rock stardom could invoke noise complaints from the neighbors.

Uhm, anyone who says "1st" when they get the first post in an article is a retard. I am happy to see this title is as full as the 360 and PS3 versions. I'll probably get this one, along with No More Heros.

I have the PS3 version and need people to help me get 1,000,000 point award, 90 second overdrive (Kathleen Turner Overdrive) and the 8X multiplier awards. I hate relying on others to get trophies.

Nevermind I got all those by playing the bass with my feet, guitar with my hands and using a bluetooth headset...I should have recorded it...it was quite a sight. I don't know how I'm going to beat the Drum beat trainer...
