Tony Hawk?s Pro Skater 2
Finally, you N64 owners can play THPS2?the best skating setup to date. But don?t expect anything new if you?re already familiar with it on other systems.
Despite its now trademark addictive gameplay, THPS2 just doesn?t cut it anymore?on an aged system Tony just looks and sounds awful, and there aren?t any new features to redeem it. The options haven?t changed in this N64 version of THPS2. You can ride as Tony Hawk or as 12 other pro skaters in diverse skate parks. In each level, you must complete a number of challenges, which range from pulling off a sick trick to collecting items scattered throughout the area. And don?t expect to see the sharp visuals and or hear the outstanding sounds found in other Tony Hawk games. Without any new features and having less-than-average sights and sounds, THPS2 is worth playing only if you haven?t already experienced the series? remarkable gameplay style.
