ATV Offroad Fury

The developers of the popular PC series Motocross Madness are gunning it onto the PS2 with ATV Offroad Fury.

Fury packs in plenty of different ways to race ATVs, from the useful Training mode to freestyle competitions, stadium supercross circuits, cross-country heats, and even a Career mode. The lineup of bikes includes top manufacturers like Honda, Polaris, Yamaha, and Kawasaki, while the huge tracks cover icy, desert, urban and other terrain.

Once you start racing, taking corners with your ATV is effortless and almost automatic. The gameplay instead focuses on timing the rhythm of jumps?with the right approach, you?ll sail cleanly over a set of bumps, but the wrong one will leave you slogging slowly over each individual bump. All told, Fury will reward offroad racing fans with gameplay and challenges that definitely suit their interests. If that?s not you, though, you should probably rent Fury first to see if it?s a ride you?ll enjoy.
