The Elric Brothers are at it again in their latest adventure.
Based on the Full Metal Alchemist storyline, Full Metal Alchemist: Dual Sympathy is set to be a side-scrolling action-adventure game, which will enable you to assume the role of Edward Elric in his quest to defeat his evil nemesis Homuncli and acquire the legendary Philosophers Stone, which has the power to resurrect the Elric brothers' deceased mother.
Full Metal Alchemist: Dual Sympathy will sport 2 gameplay modes, which include a Story mode where you'll be able to play through key moments of the anime series with cinematic and battle sequences being literally ripped from the stills of the animated show. In Character Mode, you'll be able to play as 6 characters, including Edward or Alphonse Elric, Roy Mustang, Alex Louis Armstrong, Izumi, or Scar.
Highlights of Dual Sympathy include, using the DS Stylus to perform alchemy attacks, and transform and move items. With over 10 touch mini-games, 6 playable characters in Character Mode, and a Story Mode encompassing the entire Full Metal Alchemist storyline, Dual Sympathy should be a treat for Full Metal Alchemist fans.
